Shipping policy

We use Canada Post to ship within Canada. The cost will depend on the shipping option you chose and where the order is being shipped to. It will be calculated for you during the check out.

In order to ensure delivery of your order please confirm your full mailing address with correct postal code using the search option available on Canada Post website. 

If you entered an incorrect  shipping address please contact us as soon as possible by emailing to retail@bcitsa.ca.  Please note that we will only be able to correct it if the order hasn't been shipped yet.  

You will be able to track your order using Canada Post tracking number that will be emailed to you after you placed your order.
